SIMEX presents in Spain, through its importer Euro Implementos, the range of crusher buckets for excavators CBE series. More than 3 years ago, the crusher bucket for CB loaders were introduced. Now, as an evolution to the CB range, comes the CBE series.
The crusher bucket is an attachment designed to reduce the volume of different types and, if necessary, to reuse them. Without losing the nature of the attachment, the CBE allows these tasks to be carried out on site, providing the greatest versatility to the carrier machine and making its use profitable with new tasks.
The technology of the CBE is still based on the successful concept of direct drive to a crusher shaft by means of two hydraulic motors located at the ends of the crusher shaft. This system is a complete alternative to other systems on the market. In this way we achieve the highest crushing force, with the most weight contained in the bucket. The increased stability of the working order excavator, with respect to other crushing attachments, provides the operator with greater safety and comfort during his workday, in addition to preserving the useful life of the excavator.
The axle with the two motors in direct transmission allows movement in both directions. This avoids work stoppages by immediately unclogging the blockage with the movement of the axle in the opposite direction. Wet materials are no longer a problem, nor are reinforced concrete, wood, asphalt, aggregates, ceramics, ….. Starting the shredding process is also no problem, as no inertia is required to start the shredding process.
The bucket is built in special high resistance steels, to obtain greater robustness with less weight. The motors are Poclain piston motors. The design of the shaft means that only one tooth works with all the power of the two motors at all times, obtaining high production rates. The wear tools have a patented system that makes their removal from the wood easier and faster. The housing for the coupling, which screws to the shovel, allows the CBE bucket to be mounted in the rear or front position. As we can see, this is a top quality equipment, both for its innovative design and for the quality of its components.
The CBE range currently has 4 models from 1400m wide to 2350mm, to be coupled on excavators from 10 to 50tm. The coupling housing allows the shovel to be mounted on the back or front system.
